This holiday season, Summer Hill brings you a touch of French joie de vivre to the table with our Festive Trolley, a rolling celebration of Christmas indulgence and Provençal charm.
Available Fridays to Sundays through December until the New Year, the Festive Trolley rolls through the dining room laden with classic French holiday favourites — from Truffle Roast Chicken and Wagyu Roast Beef with Cépe Mushroom Cream, to Foie Gras Vol-au-Vents and a salving Garlic & Sage Aigo Boulido.
You're invited to graze and savour, as the trolley makes its rounds with fresh, piping-hot dishes served tableside. And you’re always welcome to more servings of your favourite dishes!
To finish, diners can indulge in a dessert selection inspired by the “13 Desserts of Provence”, including traditional Bûche de Noël, and citrus-scented Pompe à l’Huile and a Festive Ice Cream Sundae Bar for a playful finish.
Join us for a celebration of abundance and conviviality, $158++ per adult, $78++ for children aged 6 to 11, and $48++ for children aged 3 to 5. Add $55++ for 2hrs free flow prosecco & wines.

Every weekend features a sprawling menu of sweet and savoury small-plates to entice, wheeled right up to your table. And just like a meal at Grandma's house you're also welcome to a second, third and even a fourth helping; but remember to save space - cos the dessert trolley comes around

Every weekend features a sprawling menu of sweet and savoury small-plates to entice, wheeled right up to your table. And just like a meal at Grandma's house you're also welcome to a second, third and even a fourth helping; but remember to save space - cos the dessert trolley comes around after!
As each dish is prepared to order by the kitchen, we serve one round of the menu to the entire seating first. Subsequently reorders are taken for anything you'd like more of and prepared to order.

The Menu
The menu for the Brunch Trolley changes up every few months with a different theme. You might find yourself enjoying a picnic in Provence or exploring the Southwest of France the next time! Do check for the current menu when booking.

Fridays - 12pm
Saturdays & Sundays - 2 seatings at 11am to 1pm, and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
